It's not often one finds success in their career and is able to say that it is their consuming passion as well. Stephanie Souvlis trained in London in the mid 80's and then embarked on a career as a working chef. Since the early 90's Stephanie has been working as a food stylist, food writer and editor.

She has travelled extensively which broadened her palate and set aflame her gusto for food and, upon her return to Australia, embark on her own business. Stephanie undertook formal education in Food Technology at University to solidify and enhance her vocational experiences.

It is the combination of her extensive knowledge of world food, her European background and her education that is responsible for where she is today.

Now working as a freelance having finished a 5 year role as Food Editor of Australian Table Magazine, Stephanie works in a variety of capacities; she styles for food and lifestyle magazines, writes and develops recipes for magazines and books and writes food and travel stories for many leading magazines, publishers and newspapers.

Her list of many clients include Australian Gourmet Traveller, Australian Table Magazine, Australian Good Taste, Fresh, Super Food Ideas, New Idea, Country Looks and Country Style Magazines and The Good Weekend (Sydney Morning Herald). Her work is featured in books by leading Australian publishers such as ACP Books, Hodder Publishing, Murdoch Publishing, Lansdowne, R & R Publishing, Penguin Books and Weight Watchers.

Stephanie is one of Australia's leading and sought after food and lifestyle stylists.
